It is the buyers responsibility to understand the dangers as well as the proper procedures for handling all batteries. It is buyers responsibility to pay all state taxes and any tobacco taxes that their state may levy. All out of state customer are resposable for their excies taxes required by state

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for a credit. 101 Distributors GAfollows strict policy of no returns & exchange. 101 Distributors GAis not responsible for any changes in governmental laws or policies. There will be no products accepted for returns or credit in any circumstance. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All other products must be returned to 101 Distributors GAwithin 48 hours from invoice date. Unless any faults of 101 Distributors GA, all returned items will incur a restocking fee of 15% and customer will be responsible for any/all shipping charges. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or re-shipped

Buyers Guarantee

Buyer personally guarantees all purchases made at 101 Distributors GA. Any and all payment forms are backed by buyer’s own person. All bad-checks will incur a fees of $50, and 101 Distributors GAholds the right to refuse any future sales. In case of non-payment, 101 Distributors GAholds the right to legally pursue buyer’s corporation as well as buyer’s own person for all the damage/loss incurred. Seller is not liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, interest, costs or expenses, or for loss of use, loss of data or lost profits or wages, whether or not Seller knew such damages might be incurred. Seller’s liability is in all cases limited to refunding the purchase price or current value of the services, at Seller’s option. In the event it becomes necessary for the Seller to incur any collection costs or suits to collect payment, the Buyer will be responsible for all such costs, including but not limited to court costs, attorney fees and collection agency fees on said collection/suit. 101 Distributors GAwarrants to you that 101 Distributors GAshall use its reasonable endeavors to provide the services with reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with your request and instructions from time to time. Where 101 Distributors GAsupplies you with any goods or services supplied by a third party, then 101 Distributors GAis acting as your agent in sourcing the goods or services. 101 Distributors GAwill use reasonable care in selecting the supplier and ensuring the order is placed in accordance with your wishes. All sales are final, unless otherwise agreed by the supplier, vendor or partner, you shall not be entitled to cancel the service requested where, on your instructions, performance has already begun. 101 Distributors GAis not liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, interest, costs or expenses, or for loss of use, loss of data or lost profits or wages from the sale, use or consumption of the products sold, whether or not 101 Distributors GAknew such damages might be incurred. 101 Distributors GA’s liability is in all cases limited exclusively to refunding the purchase price or current value of the products, at 101 Distributors GA’s discretion.
